Fried mixture (Fritada)
Jose Antonio, Ciudad Real, Spain

- 250 grs. pork sirloin.

- 25O grs. pork liver.

-150 grs. fresh bacon.

- 8 garlic cloves.

- ½ kg. Green peppers.

- 1 red pepper.

- ½ kg. potatoes.

Cut all meat in dice and fry them separately. Meanwhile fry garlic halves until golden.

Fry also peppers and onions.

Preheat oven at 300ºF. Place meat, garlic, peppers and potatoes in a clay pot and mix. Place in the oven give it a short heat finish.
