New Zealand stuffed eggs (Huevos rellenos en Nueva Zelanda)

- 6 medium eggs

- 1 can of tuna

- 2 Tbsp of mayonnaise

- 1 tbsp of mustard

- 12 olives

Hard boil eggs, cool. Peel and slice eggs in half. Remove yolk and place in bowl. Smash yolks with fork. Add mayonnaise and mustard to make a smooth mixture. Add tuna, mix. Salt and pepper to taste. With teaspoon, replace yolk mixture into whites. Place one olive with a toothpick onto each half. Chill 1 hour before serving.
