INSTRUCTIONS
This is a level 1 tactics test dealing with "the pin". It is geared towards beginners and players up to a level of 1500 rating points.
Please enter just the move by itself, no question marks, move numbers or any other symbols. If you do, the program will interpret it as a wrong answer.(the only exception is captures: use the standard "x" symbol whenever there is a capture. For example: Bxc3 is correct. BxNc3 would be wrong) "
Use the "choose a position" scroll menu on the right side of the board to select a position. Then answer the questions on the left side of the menu.
There are 20 questions. When you get to the end, make sure you click on the "Mark questions" button. You'll get a pop up window with your results which points out where you went wrong. Do not click the "Mark questions" button before you have completed the test.
To get back to chessnia's main page, simply click on the animated logo on the left of your screen. Also, make sure you press the F11 to see the test using your full screen.
